Currently, the Healthy Smile Pharmacy subscription service is only available in the United Kingdom.

You can create a new account at any time, simply select the subscription product you would like to receive, fill in your personal and payment details and you’ll become a Healthy Smile Pharmacy customer.

Our subscription plans cover a range of oral health treatments that can be used alone on in conjunction with other dental treatments, such as orthodontics. Browse the various options in our Treatments, Daily Care and Complementary Products sections.

Changing your dental practice won’t have any impact on your subscription. Your subscription is directly managed between Healthy Smile Pharmacy and you.

With the Healthy Smile Pharmacy subscription, we offer you a tailored oral health regime with free delivery on all subscription packages and any complimentary products added to the same subscription (whether on-going or one off).

The Healthy Smile Pharmacy website is dedicated to providing oral health subscriptions and complimentary products. There is also a wide range of informative articles and videos to help you better self-manage your oral health. It does not integrate with dental practitioner services for appointments.

We’re proud to be cruelty free, our range of products are not tested on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with suppliers who adhere to the same ethical standards.

Saliva is essential to maintaining a health mouth. As alcohol has the effect of drying the mouth it is detrimental and as such, we do not use in any of our products.

Unless stated otherwise our products are designed for adult teeth, the principle difference being the recommended level of fluoride. Check the product pages for age-specific recommendations.

Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, city & rural.

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will follow. You can also view your order status in the "My Account" section of our website. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please contact us via our form or by calling (+44) 020 347 98723.

We will send you an email within 48hrs of your next order being due for dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or cancel orders after they are placed. But if you need to return the item, please do so following our Returns Policy.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will provide options for redelivery or safe collection from a nearby location.

This is determined by the date you sign up and should be within 48 hours of the date you signed up.
