Refunds & Returns Policy


At Healthy Smile Pharmacy (the “Site”, "we", "us", "our"), we are committed to providing excellent products and customer service. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products, cancel subscriptions, and request refunds, whether for one-off purchases or subscription-based products

SUBSCRIPTION-BASED PRODUCTS

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of receiving your first order, without providing any reason. If you cancel within this period, we will issue a full refund of the subscription fee, provided you have not used or opened any products.

Cancelling After the Cooling-Off Period

After the 14-day cooling-off period, you can still cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be given for the current subscription period. You will continue to receive your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.

Returning Subscription Products

You may return products received as part of your subscription if:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and the product is unopened and unused.

To return a product:

  • Contact our customer service team at subscription@healthysmilepharmacy.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your product.
  • Provide the order number and reason for the return.
  • Return the product in its original, unopened condition within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is faulty.

 

Refunds for Subscription Products

Refunds will be issued if:

  • You cancel your subscription within the cooling-off period and have not used the product.
  • You return faulty, damaged, or incorrect products.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method used during purchase.

 

ONE-OFF PURCHASES

Right to Return (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under UK law, you have the right to return goods purchased in a one-off transaction within 14 days of receiving them. You can return the item if:

  • The product is unopened and unused.
  • You change your mind and want a refund. 

 

Returning One-Off Purchases

To return a one-off purchase:

  • Return the product in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Return the product within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds for One-Off Purchases

  • If the product is returned within the 14-day period in its unused, unopened condition, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the product and postage if the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you receive faulty or damaged products, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage or fault.
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on your preference and the nature of the issue.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or damaged items.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for one-off purchases or subscription products. If you want a different product or size, you must return the original item and place a new order.

 

SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

Managing Your Subscription

You can modify or pause your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service team. If you wish to adjust the frequency or delivery schedule, we will assist in making those changes.

Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals will occur automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. If you wish to cancel, ensure cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the next renewal to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
