Brush them gently using a soft brush and cold or lukewarm, not hot, tap water, then treat them to a daily soak in specialised VITIS Orthodontic Effervescent Tablets. This keeps your trays crystal clear, odour-free, and ready to keep working hard for your smile!

Once your aligners are popped in, place your chewy between your upper and lower teeth. Bite down gently for 3 to 5 minutes twice a day, focusing especially on when you switch to new trays. This eliminates air gaps, seats your trays perfectly flush against your teeth, and keeps your orthodontic journey moving smoothly!

Without chewies, aligners can suffer from poor tracking, meaning they don't sit snug against your teeth and leave visible air gaps.
