You can minimise staining by waiting an hour after rinsing before consuming food or drink, and by opting for advanced Chlorhexidine + Cetylpyridinium Chloride (CPC) formulas – like our Perio-Aid mouthwashes – alongside daily interdental cleaning.

Always brush your teeth first, but wait at least 30 minutes after brushing before using your chlorhexidine mouthwash. Standard toothpaste detergents (like SLS) can deactivate chlorhexidine's antibacterial action.
