The world’s softest toothbrush for atraumatic cleaning after surgery, implants, and radiotherapy. The Curaprox CS Surgical Mega Soft is a specialized instrument designed for the most delicate stages of oral recovery. Developed in collaboration with Prof. N. Lang at the University of Bern, it features an incredible 12,000 Curen® filaments, each just 0.06mm in diameter. This high-density, "mega-soft" surface allows for effective plaque removal without putting mechanical pressure on healing wounds, sensitive gums, or areas treated by radiotherapy.

Key Benefits:

• 12,000 Ultra-Fine Filaments: More than double the bristles of the standard CS 5460, creating a velvet-like cleaning surface.
• 0.06mm Curen® Technology: The thinnest filaments available, designed to be completely non-traumatic on sensitive oral tissue.
• Small, Flexible Brush Head: Easily navigates around surgical sites, implants, and hard-to-reach wisdom teeth, even with limited jaw opening.
• Post-Operative Safety: Specifically designed for use after tooth extractions, implant surgery, and periodontal treatments.
• Gentle During Radiotherapy: Provides a safe cleaning solution for patients undergoing oral radiation who suffer from extreme mouth soreness.

Ideal For:

• Post-Surgical Recovery: Use directly after oral operations (as advised by your surgeon).
• Dental Implants: Safe cleaning around new implants and healing abutments.
• Inflamed or Bleeding Gums: For those with acute gingivitis who find regular "soft" brushes too painful.
• Radiation Therapy: Maintaining hygiene when the oral mucosa is extremely fragile.

How to Use:

• Be Gentle: Use very light, circular motions. Do not apply the typical "scrubbing" pressure used with a standard brush.
• Combine with Gel: Often used in conjunction with a chlorhexidine gel (like Curaprox Perio Plus+ Focus) for targeted antibacterial protection.
• Short-Term Use: This is a specialized tool for recovery. Once the area has healed and sensitivity decreases, your dentist will likely recommend moving back to a CS 5460 or CS 12460 Velvet.
