We have a 'notify me' option on most of our products if they are out of stock. Simply enter your email address, and we'll email you when it's back in stock.

If you can't find an item, it may have been discontinued or we no longer stock it. If you want to find out more you can get in touch with us using the Contact Us button below.

If you have ordered from Healthy Smile Pharmacy on Amazon or Ebay, you can view your order, track your delivery and get in touch with us through the messaging option on those platforms.

Large letter packages will be sent via Royal Mail.
Parcels will be sent via Amazon Shipping.

  • Working day refers to any day Monday to Friday and excludes Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
  • All delivery timescales are subject to availability. We will reach out to let you know if there are any delays.
  • Damaged or missing items need to be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • We can't deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Orders being sent to non-UK mainland addresses including Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may incur additional delivery charges to be advised on receipt of order.
  • We are unable to deliver Healthy Smile Pharmacy products outside the United Kingdom.

If we’re unable to make changes on our end, you may be able to contact the courier service directly to explore options such as diverting your parcel or updating the delivery details.

Once your delivery is on it's way to you, we'll email you tracking information.

Amazon Shipping [Starting with "UK"] - If you receive an Amazon Shipping tracking number you can sign up to an Amazon Shipping account where you can update delivery preferences and get more detailed updates.

Royal Mail [21 digits of numbers & letters] - We use a second class service with limited tracking. You will only be able to see when it's left our warehouse then when it's been delivered. This is for items that can be delivered through your letterbox.

If your Amazon Shipping parcel shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check around your property for any safe places where the courier may have left it. Amazon Shipping often leaves parcels in a secure spot, and if you have an Amazon Shipping account, you can set delivery preferences for future orders.

Royal Mail deliveries are usually posted through your letterbox, but your postie may also leave items in a safe place if needed.

Royal Mail deliveries are usually delivered within 5 days but please give it 10 days to arrive before getting in touch with us.
